Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

How much is shipping?

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies per order, not per item.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after the order is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Return requests are accepted within 7 days after delivery when the product is unused, unwashed and has the original tags attached. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return courier charges.

What if my product is damaged, defective or incorrect?

If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, the store pays the return courier charges. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain preserved.

How are approved refunds processed?

Approved refunds are processed by Bank Transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5-7 business days after the approved returned product is received and inspected. Payment providers may take additional time to make funds available.

Can I exchange an abaya for another size?

Abaya size exchanges are allowed within 7 days after delivery, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused and unwashed, with original tags attached. A normal fitting trial is allowed.

Who pays courier charges for a size exchange?

For customer-requested size exchanges, the customer pays both return courier charges and replacement delivery charges.

What if the exchange size is unavailable?

If the requested exchange size is unavailable, the customer may request an eligible return and refund under the returns policy.

What fabrics are confirmed?

All current abayas use a cotton and silk fiber blend. Exact fiber percentages are not specified. The Essential Chiffon Hijab and Premium Chiffon Hijab are chiffon fabric, and the Soft Jersey Hijab is jersey fabric.
